Anyway, it's called VirtualC64 and it's an open source, cycle based emulator with an easy to understand user interface. It doesn't come with a kernal or BASIC or any of that stuff so you'll have to supply your own ROM images. Luckily they're easy to find and installing them is as easy as dropping them on the emulator window. The downside is that I couldn't get it to work. It kept halting the CPU every time I rebooted. I'll screw around it with it more tomorrow when I'm not so tired but in the meantime, try it for yourself.

It's worth being mindful that old-school Macs work differently from current ones. There's no two-finger scrolling windows, so you'll need to click scrollbars; you also need to click and hold menus, because they don't stay open when you click one. Disk images also tend to be happiest when you treat the virtual machine like a real one, dragging them to the Trash when you're done, and shutting down the virtual Mac with Special > Shut Down.
